HOW TO GROW YOUR HAIR LONG (As Fast as Possible)

I love change and I have cut my hair short so many times, only to grow it right back out.

Today I am going to share my top secrets for growing your hair not only long, but healthy.

 

1. DIET 

To grow your hair long and healthy you have to be eating a diet with adequate protein and healthy fats.  Protein and amino acids are the building blocks to having healthy hair, skin and nails.   Without a proper diet, your hair will lack shine, wont be as thick and will break much more easily.

2. COCONUT OIL 

You have to do this at least once a week, two times a week is ideal!  You can warm it up a bit first, or just apply it straight to your hair.  It doesn’t have to be some big concoction, coconut oil, nothing else.  I like to sleep with it in my hair and wash it out in the morning.  The healthy fats and oil go straight into your hair strands, adds tons of moisture to your locks and allows your hair to grow faster without breaking.   Extra beneficial if you massage your scalp with the coconut oil as it will help stimulate the hair follicles to grow quicker.

3. ALOE VERA JUICE

This one is always a game changer once I incorporate it back into my diet.  I will see my hair grow quite a few inches in just a couple months.  Aloe juice is full of essential vitamins and enzymes that directly promote healthy hair.  Aloe also helps keep your body in an optimum PH range,  which boosts hair growth.  Plus, its super good for the rest of your body too 🙂

4. DYING AND HEAT STYLING

If you want slow hair growth and breakage, just dye it often.  Dye is so harmful for the hair and dries it right out.  The longer you can wait between dies the better.  Try going for a more natural color when growing your hair out so that you don’t have to repeatedly die it.  This also goes for heat styling.  Stay away from the blow dryer and hot irons.  Try to let your hair air dry and put your hair up in between styling so that you are using those only when you have to.  I know its easier said than done, but it is so important if you want to have long healthy hair!

Growing your hair out takes time and patience, it wont happen overnight.  But, if you do all you can, you can really speed up the process and see results much quicker!
